Yeah definitely got some good advice in here, call him and tell him you want the car back and go through that bit, call up your lawyer and give him the whole shebang, fax him a copy of the title and the written agreement for him to look over it, and he's fucked

you know you could call a tow company and tell them to get your car. The title is in your name, it's your car.
He also signed saying that the car will be returned to the seller is not paid in full by 10/30/2005. The car is yours and he stole it because he never returned it. Go to the police station and report it stolen.

100% wrong. That is a legally binding contract. Even if it was written on a napkin as long as its a written agreement it'll hold up in court.

I have tried calling him 80,000 times. I called his work yesterday and left a message too. Guess I am going to the PD on Monday. I would go today but work is kicking my *** plus my fiance gets back in town at some random point today so I'd best be home when she does.

Blast from the past. Just started the court paperwork today. He stopped his celphone service and moved. Took me this long to find him. Ambushed him at a ricer meet. He about ---- his pants. I made him give me his new address. Hope this ---- works out.
