fyi, its easier to leave the harness attached to the engine when taking it out, 5 plugs and the harness is off the chasis. ;)

good luck johnny

i havent' switched the mounts yet on that side... what chu talkin bout... the b18a mount gets in the way of something?

look at the mounts on the driver side closer, the b18b has a different off set than the b18a (just the part that is bolted to the engine), just use the one off the b18a and swap it on to the b18b. i have pics, i'll email them to you since newbieforces is down.

thats what i saw, and i was gunna do that... but i thought in your other post that you said something about well i dunno what the heck you're tlakin about about here is the qoute

but i left the ribbed crank pulley on and used it with my v belt, worked fine HMT style

i left it in there...

i just use all my existing b18a odb0 stuff and just switch dist and injectors.. right? ;)

i also switched the TB just because the b18b tb has the MAP on the TB and some other ghetto sensor i dont care about

Use the B18b throttle body its 2mm bigger, and the map sensors are the same, just in a different spot.

yeah, either extend the wires from your firewall to the new map sensor, or run a ghetto vacuum line from the t.b. to the firewall, i suggest making the wire longer, that way you have one less chance for a vacuum leak.
