Shoulda seen how much he notched outta his block to get it to snug up in there...... ------ layer of dust everywhere haha
Said he was gonna fab a bracket to support the weight of the turbo though, so hopefully it doesnt crack to high hell

if u see the fron of the block thre is 2 threaded hole on the front of it where somthing can bolt in. there will be a bracket there with sliders and a tentioner so it takes up the weight of the turbo so the mani wont suport a thing.
also the big *** snail is from a mack truck. it's saposed to last 1million miles in the truck so it might last a summer or 2 with me.
pissed me off today, wanted to go put it in but went to the track instead with kamilk69. besides I need a T belt anyways so even installing it isnt the end plus I have to go get the oil feed fitting tommorow morning.
oh well it will be installed this weekend and then fired up. 2 weeks and on the road/track

hey wait a minute.....
isn't that the d16a1 from a first gen integra. 87 to 89 or something. i thought that the mounting
points between the earlier gen and the newer one are different
making this motor bolt in with integra mounts into a first gen crx not a second.
in the pics i can see the bolts sticking out of the block for the driver side mount instead of them
being on the driver side beside the timing belt and water pump.
meh. i swapped 3 of these year integra motors into my first gen crxs, and the give away for that generation
is the valve cover bolts being on the inside of the cover. i hope you didn't build it with out making sure it fits.
meh i guess i am just a noob.

The motor was in the last CRX he owned before the green machine.....He blew the **** off of it, and decided to rebuild, boost, and transplant to the green car u see in his Av. So, yeah.....It fits.
