Intercooler Water Sprays
First, read about this site:
http://www.autospeed.com/cms/article...les&A=0527&P=1
It's got everything on how to rig up a water spraying system on an intercooler under boost conditions and hard driving conditions with a computer! It's awesome.
I was thinking about a system that once you hit a desired PSI (7 psi?), turn a singnal over to a spray system (like a windshield wiper assembly), that would spray water on the intercooler dropping the temperatures down considerably. I plan on trying something similar soon. It sounds really ghetto or corny, but alot of pros are using similar devices. Under heavy or light boost conditions, it really works.

Although i totally ignored to read the article since it sorta bored me i do beleive to cool you heat soaked air/air intercooler without water would be with some sort of a gas like Co2 and n2o sorta like the ZEX kit cept alot cheaper (cant find a link for the product). I remember someone makes these things from the DSM Tunning forums but i cant find that link either but either way its a pretty simple way to fix heat soak

You should go back and read that.. it's a good article whether or not you want to use the water spray system or not.
The concept behind how your intercooler works is for anyone who is new to boost.
I think I'll reference that on my website.
