looking for good inexspensive water ciculating pump for water to air intercooler

as stated above. looking for a good pump for a water to air intercooler needs to be 14-18 psi and 40-60GPH. preferably under $100 and where can i get them. you parts -----s

know where the best deals are help a guy out here.

Yeah a billage (sp) pump would work great and is make for pumping water.
