So that 1% of people have grown at 10-20% (or probably more) for the year while the majority of Americans have watched their dollar decline, their homes values sink to new lows, unemployment to hit its lowest mark in who knows how long, wages to same the same or shrink in some sectors, while their gas prices have risen (hrm, I wonder which people help control oil prices).
I never said I LOVED Obama, in fact I do not...but he is clearly better than the alternative.
I grew up a Republican for 22 years of my life...at some point in the past 8 I decided I need to get more facts than what I was brought up on, I'd have to say I'm a slightly liberal independent at this moment. But again, I own my own small business so I must certainly be a socialist...you got me there smart guy.

I also love to look at the LAST housing price drop in that graph...hrm, right after 8 years of Reagen and 4 of the other Bush.

there are literally thousands of reasons gas prices are higher than 2001. maybe some can be blamed on bush.
the biggest reason is extremely high demand, and flat production. not hard to understand.
what do you think obama is "going to do" about gas prices? the president can't control prices directly. building more wind mills and giving tax money to companies that are trying to make fuel cells will do nothing. obama is on the record stating that gas prices aren't high enough.
