loser? Ouch... That might hurt if it were coming from a higher life form than yourself

I have realy bad news for you... Your political views are far from original, and your perception of reality is obviously skewed...

In short,

You fail.

She might be appealing if McCains voting record wasn't so appalling. I'm not fooled.

The sub prime bubble was caused by Glass-Steagall being revoked during the Clinton years when he signed the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act into law.

what should've bush done to stop it? just curious.

house values also had grown faster during bush than any other president. do you give him credit for that if you're going to blame him for slowdown in value appreciation?

im not defending bush saying he is a great president, or republicans saying they are great. i'm just stating the truth.

The housing issue was they were never of that value. Homes go up with the GNP in value not 40 percent in a year. Guys who worked at walmart got loans for 400k homes. The american public is has much to blame for housing has the government. No one forced the retarded homebuyer with a 15 dollar an hour job to go into a a situation they knew they couldnt pay after the loan switched to them actually paying for the house.

WE have to come to a basic conclusion a very large percentage of homes people got loans on they never paid a penny into. That is what allowed the insane pricing to happen. Pricing will go back to what its suppose to do prior to this. Have a down payment which most people cant save up for and a rock solid credit history.

Americans are has bad has their government. Our generation and our parents believe we should have it all without having the income nor background to have it. Somewhere down the line living simple in a small home isnt good enough for the average American anymore.
