From the comments I conclude most of the regulars are ok with Josh, let's say 80% (I think it's even more but let's say 80%)

We have 7000 members no, in the last 5 months 987 noobs registered. 7000 - 987 = 6013
From that 6013 about 200 cared enough to stay so that's 3.33%.

I think it's safe to assume 3.33% of the noobs is going to become regulars. 3.33% of 987 noobs = 32.8 lets say 32. So from all the pissed off noobs now we are going to see 32 in about two years. From that 32 80% is going to grow some ***** and forgive Josh for the bashing, that is 25.6 let's say 25. 32 - 25 = 7

Meaning in two years only 7 current noobs still think Josh is a ********.

So clearly those 987 noobs voting against Josh now don't mean dick overall the regular members....

So noobs, ---- off :P
