If you are unsure of what to do with him let him back, but ban him from general discussion. Then he is still here and nobody has to deal with all of his ----. Everyone wins in that situation.

josh did the #1 wrong thing to do, so upon that account, he should be banned.


but on the other hand, and like what has been stated at the beginning of this thread, he is part of hmt, his e-family.
if people want to search technical ----, thats where they should make there posts. everyone gets flamed upon comming into hmt. everyone. its part of it all.

im not saying im sticking up for josh, i guess what im saying, he did the #1 wrong thing he should be banned for that, but on the other hand, hes part of the family, he can be a very knowledgeable person, hes willing to do things for people (if he lives near them-which is understandable)
its a hard decision.

Just put him on the 10 day ban. Upon his return, lay it out to him what he can and cannot do. If he screws up again, he's just digging his own grave.

I would add your name to the Ban toll cause those ban vote would fly throught the ------- roof! Hotrex and crxmatt are not gonna change no matter what. Put a knife in those ******* cause for the few days both of you were gone this ---- has been better without your lame post. I think just seeing you and hotrex compare gf's was the stupidest ---- I've seen in a long time here and thats probably just the tip of the iceberg. I've helped out a couple of HMT'ers I met just online and now are good friends who I talk to on a daily basis either online, over the phone or in person. I've contributed useful ----. Folks who have car problems I'd drive over to help them out or keep there cars in my garage and sleep on my couch. But just from Josh and Crxmatt post I would let you in my basement if a tornado was down the street. Let these ******* burn. Damn I'm almost made myself think this was a horex and crxmatt ban! lol.
