Jeff,regradless of this pole you should'nt let him back.He broke the only rule you have.If you let him back youll be breaking your own rule.Then people will think your soft and they can do the same and youll let them back on your site.In this case it does mater what people think couse you run the place.
I guess its kinda like if John Gotti(in his prime)would of cut one guy slack.Then he would of got walked all over
