Altitude restrictions...ultra-lites have to stay below a certain altitude as well and I believe they have a limit on the engine size as well.

there are lots of restrictions on ultralites. im just saying any retard can do it and if stayed within the guidelines could do it and never once talk to the faa just like this guy did
