dont you need magnesium for thermite too?



anyway, my grandfather helped with that shizzle at lakehurst (not the time it went boom)

the magnesium is to produce the heat necessary to light the thermite IIRC.

Yeah that is all it is for. If you can get anything as hot as that it will ignite it. Magnesium is just a really common way.

im lazy can i get some cliffs on what the hindenburg was? im thinking somethign about a blimp right? or is that completley different
