I live in California. My dad went to the local kragen and picked up a couple petition cards. CARB (california air resources board) is trying to ---- people over some more. They're trying to ban r134 refrigerants so people can't DIY it at home, and are forced to pay some hack to do it.

they never was for example a b16a in the us
but there was a b16a3 b16a2 etc
so they consider it stolen due to non orginal markings
Thats another thing they have been doing for years.
