Well their "stolen" parts were probably just parts that didn't come with that car. Like a engine swap.

I don't believe it.

Let's say I go buy a $50,000 car and take it out street racing. The cops take my $50,000 car and DESTROY it. Now, I'm left with a $50,000 debt with the loan company that I'm obviously not going to pay because the car is fucked. The loan company eats $50,000 because the cops crushed THEIR piece of property. My buddy Joe goes out and buys himself a $50,000 car and we take it out street racing. Cops bust Joe and crush his car. Joe owes $50,000 on the car that is now DESTROYED and the loan company eats $50,000 because the cops DESTROYED THEIR property. No ------- way can this happen. If I go out and buy a $250,000 house and grow pot in it and get busted, the cops can't destroy my home. It's not my home. If they destroy the home, they're ------- over the bank, not me. There is no way they can take property and destroy it like that. Maybe in certain circumstances where the car is paid for and 100% owned by the ricer and most of the ---- on the car was stolen. They can't just take ANYBODYS car and crush it. The banks wouldn't let this ---- happen because they would go bankrupt.

Boost yes they can. They had interviews on the news with people who had cars taken. One was a guy who was just racing alone yes just out raping on a car alone. He had a ITR and had 20K loan to pay for after the car was impounded. they use to resell the cars at auctions but from what I was told by the local tow company many will be crushed and removed from dmv records

Yes they can its california they do what they want out here. People forget arnold is the governor of this state

I wouldnt be surprised to find out that there is a new law making street racing or speeding a felony here. But on the other hand I can get weed because I ahve aniexty legally from a doctor

The problem is, the cops match the numbers to a block that came in a car that was AT ANY TIME STOLEN, and they consider it a stolen motor. Even if the stolen car had 80 motor swaps by the time it was stolen. You have the matching block to that car, and the cops now say you have a stolen motor.

One day the people in California will wake up and move, or give the shithole to Mexico. By the time the Mexeez or this type of communism comes to MN, I'll snort hallow points.

Um federal law has nothing to do with california. California again is its own nation imo. There is so much bs that goes on its impossible to understand there overall plan

So far my conclusion is close all the ports, get rid of all gas cars, still charge 7 figures for a home and make sure that has many mexicans can come in and steal my stuff.
