i would guess that a car that has a lean out on it would get reposesed instead of being crushed

How can they repo a car if the payments ARE being made? The cops call and tell them the owner got caught street racing so they come repo it?

i have no clue...i just think its more practicle that if a street racer loses his car, that he is still making payments on, to the police for street racing, the police would allow the banks to repo the car to save them from losing money. either that or maybe the banks get some kind of write off that would save them from losing the money.

I highly doubt ANYBODY would pay a car loan off after having their car crushed by the police, assuming this actually happens.

Just tell to kindly ---- OFF since your car is perfectly legal in Canada.
