for what its worth...my door was doing the same thing and I had a guy come out and look at it. He put some lube on the screw(not a chain) and the rollers. He also noticed that right at the bottom about a foot from the groung the door would make contact with the molding around the door. A little sanding at it has worked ever sinse. Im sure this will halp you none but thats my story...lol good luck. oh BTY it cost me 69.99 for that. The lube he used was 3 bucks at HDepot...lol

BTW, the green lighted one is already in the position to get teh most sunlight. They really don't get much sunlight anyways.
