Default Fuel Injector rebuild

Hey guys, When me and my friend pulled a set of 450cc injectors, the plastic tips(pintles) on 2 of the injectors broke. Do you guys know where I can buy replacement pintles? or know if an injector rebuild shop will replace them? Last question, Anyone know which injector rebuild shops are in Southern Cali and their contact/address? Thanks.

Im runnin one of my dsm 450s with a broken pintle cap, I just broke the rest of the remaining plastic off to make sure none would fall in the engine. Ive read they just are there to protect the injector during installation and removal and dont affect the spray patter. Mine have worked fine so far.

yup, you dont have to use them, they are just protective covers, most injector rebuild shops should have them in stock..
