Fraud payment from a hmt member CivicRacerX7 or J-sin

Well I woke up this morning and what do you know after sellin parts online for over 4 years and hundreds of deals I finally got a fraud payment through paypal and it was an hmt member. Recipient of potentially unauthorized funds. It was only a 35.00 dollar deal but I really dont like people takin my money and Im sure Im not the only one. I already pm'ed him but I doubt I will get answers.

He can apply his WHITE POWER to a couple hours hard work to pay chris, then.

Re: Fraud payment from a hmt member CivicRacerX7 or J-sin

CivicRacerX7 was his username until like a week ago its now J-sin. The one who keeps goin about white power. Since I was a good hmt memeber and sent it 2 day mail with the post offiice and dont have a tracking # Im fucked even if I have a chance of getting the funds reversed back to me but the girl at paypal just lem me know Im pretty much in the shitter on this one.

thats bullshit! atleast it was only $35 and not $350
hopefully he will rectify this!!

Re: Fraud payment from a hmt member CivicRacerX7 or J-sin

Well, what does J-Sin have to say about this? Have you told him to fork over some cash, has he refused, or is he MIA?

Re: Fraud payment from a hmt member CivicRacerX7 or J-sin

so what does unauthorized funds mean. stolen cc like that other guy said?

maybe 2BIG4HNDA can shed some light on this issue.

Re: Fraud payment from a hmt member CivicRacerX7 or J-sin

I just pmed him but guess he hasnt been online since this morning but I figured Im proably screwed on this and conserding he knew he was sending a payment that wasnt valid, paypal just doesnt reverse payments for the fun of it so Ill let the hmt world see what white power people are all about. Ripping of a moderator on here and fraud.

Guy-Fast 12-08-2005 01:26 PM

Re: Fraud payment from a hmt member CivicRacerX7 or J-sin

Talked to payapl and they said it could just be stolen identitiy, stolen card or funds that were not valid what ever that means

Re: Fraud payment from a hmt member CivicRacerX7 or J-sin

There's a chance he had no clue. I have an email inbox of OMG PAYPAL ACCOUNT PROBLEMS spam that I totally ignore, and only look at my Paypal screen three times a month.

It's thirty-five dollars. He's a white power loon, but you might be jumping the gun making this thread just yet.

Re: Fraud payment from a hmt member CivicRacerX7 or J-sin

the white power thing is suppose to be about how bad black's arwe and how they break laws and make this world such a bad place to live in. To bad he is no better than a purse snatching "------" except he is doing it to ppl who alot consider to be like family. ------- awesome man. Jus awesome. We if it is a stolen credit card or something to that nature you can turn him in to the credit card company or the person who's cradit card he jacked and hopfully he will face some sort of trouble/penelty or something. Can't ppl jus do the right thing or is it really that ------- hard?

Chris, I've had paypals I've sent bounce due to NSF because I have an attention span of... what were we talking about?

Does this mean I won't make good? No. Does it mean I'm annoying to do business with? Depends on how rooted in the here & now I was when I pointy-clickied the payment icon from Paypal.

How do you pay with NSf anyway though just wondering and Im sure they bounce back right away if not the system has a major flaw in it. Well Mr. Davis your the og internet dude so I would of just emailed you but this guy I dont know just warning other people if they are planning on doing deals with the guy. Like spoon said this was only a 35.00 deal no biggie to me just dont want anyone else getting ripped for actaully larger sums of money

Re: Fraud payment from a hmt member CivicRacerX7 or J-sin

I'm going to guess that this is more than likely what happened. He probably is one of those people that keeps like $17 in his bank account at all times. When you buy things with a card, they actually charge your bank account at different times. He probably bought too many things without taking these time frames into account.
I'd hate to think he's dumb enough to ruin his selling reputation for $35.

And for the record, me and The Original Whitey denounce j-sin speaking on behalf of white people. He speaks for himself and the rest of the KKK goons. :1

Re: Fraud payment from a hmt member CivicRacerX7 or J-sin

Yup, Paypal --> debit --> checking NSF error. Takes a minute to make it to the bank level, and bounce the error message back up.

I have three accounts with my Credit union, shuffle funds between them, and generally lose track of what the hell I'm doing. What's more, laundry day is a speshul treat at my house, I usually find $20-200 in cash squirrelled in a pocket I didn't know I had.

OG internet dweeb or not, I think in terms of common courtesy. After they pay you, though, it's okay to tease them in a thread HMT style :P

+1. I Hope he responds soon and explain why it happened.

One possibility is he might have asked someone to make the payment for him and that person messed up. I sold a manifold to someone before and received payment from someone else on his behalf.

hope it all works out. maybe his wallet got stolen after he had made the payment and reported it stolen so they did that until they clear everything up?

I had this same kinda ---- just go on with my paypal. I get an email that this fucker wants the wire harness I had for sale. the guys asked me to paypal invoice him for it. So I did, got no response from him for about 2 weeks. a month and a half later I get an email from him wanting a tracking number. I was like ummm...you never paid me for the ----. Then he said, check your paypal. He filed with paypal and I never recieved the "you have money" email. Now my ---- is fucked up. Fucked up part #2, I told him, and invoiced him for $60. He paypaled me $45. mother fucker.

but yeah jsin. wtf.

Re: Fraud payment from a hmt member CivicRacerX7 or J-sin

I am not a fraud that money was drafted directly form my bank account

no need to go all berzerk

whats the hold for?

and relax if it isnt worked out ill just send ya a money order

gimme a chance to resolve it before u jump to conclusions

the pm I just got from

This is hardly goin berzeck. All i know is my account was taken out 35 dollars and you got your stuff. You obvisouly didnt have proper funds in your account or this wouldnt have happened and Im not goin to believe paypal made a mistake. Also its not my responsbility to find out what the hold is for thats your end. In basic terms your pretty much wrote me a bad check and until I have the funds in my pocket its still fraud imo.
