What's so hard about saying, "I'm poor white trash, and need a week to come up with the money" ???

Nobody here will like it much, they want to see prompt corrective action, but at least it'll blow over, and what are they going to say, "Paypal went screwy and it took a week to get my money from this guy" ??? It really sounds trite when put like that. Which it is. If you only communicate and come off the $35.
