Just sell you s2s2 cams and get some itr/ctrs and you'll save some money. But other than that, it all seems pretty solid. That's a whole lot of power out of a b16, but it'd be sweet as hell. good luck!.

Why is everyone suggesting to change the cams? Assuming he's using an equal length, long runner manifold, I've only seen gains using bigger NA cams.

As for 500whp, it won't happen easily on any t3/t04e. t04e wheels don't like to go much over 450whp, 500whp is their max and very hard to attain, especially with a Stage III turbine wheel. I'd go with a Holset hx35/hy35 or Precision SC61. The clutch also probably won't do the job. 500whp would put you over 300 ft lbs of torque. I doubt that clutch can hold that kind of torque. Also don't put a block guard/filler/pins in the engine. Whatever stability they add to the sleeves, the causes 20 more problems. Stay with slock sleeves .5mm overbored or sleeve the block and bore out to 84mm.

maybe it was just cause it was a gs-r tho.

I noticed that also with my s2 stage 1 I set vtec at 6000rpm, and everything is perfect. I love them anyway, these things hit hard, and pull all the way to 9600rpm yes I rev that high

Not by much...http://64.176.57.122/HondaAcuraReference.htm For the couple of pounds in weight, I personally think it's worth it to have alot more engine bay space.
