Default Exhaust Problem

Today while taking my exhaust off I noticed that the #4 cylinder exhaust port had a lot of dirty ---- around it, and upon closer look. The bloody threaded rod that exhaust bolts up to cracked in half.

So my problem is I have half of a threaded rod stuck in my block, how do I get this damnsd thing out?? Plus it's right inline with my rad, so I have to remove it if I need to drill. In rod we trust my ***!!!!

Default Re:Exhaust Problem

ok this is what I would do. ---- the easy out like everyone is going to say, get yourself a dremel. go to the hardware store and get a small drillbit. one thats about the thickness of a flat blade screwdriver, and drill like... however many holes it takes to go all the way across so you can unscrew it with a screw driver. it might be a little hard to turn so lube that thing up.
