ya... i picked up some good food tonight. The bodybuilding site is great. I think that along with continual regular exercise is going to be the key.

Rice as a filler and for carbs.

Instead of eating that big plate of chicken and veggies, add in one cup (before cooking) of brown rice.

7 oz pouch of Tyson Boneless diced chicked
12 oz "steam in bag" mixed veggies
12 0z "steam ion bag" broc and caul
1 cup uncooked rice

less than 1000 calories and I can't eat the whole mix.

Snack = handful of cashews, about a 1/2 serving

I've lost 7 pounds in 3 weeks doing this. My 40/40/40 diet is on track.

40/40/40 diest is when you turn 40, you drop 40 lbs in 40 weeks, a safe rate of weight loss. You really only have to cut back or burn 500 calories a day. That and salad, no dressing.

u dont know what you're talking about! generally speaking, the faster you lose weight, the more you'll gain, and you'l gain it faster. what im trying to get at is, that dieting is a lifestyle change, stay away fom those ------ fad diets.

yep, I lost the lbs. over time, means I'll be able to keep them off instead of the yo-yo diet.

I won't be on the yo-yo rebound like you.

Eating well balanced diverse "healthy" small meals 5-6 times a day is a good way to go. Low carb is stupid. Keep it diverse and balanced. Exercise is where it's at. Weight lifting wee tiny amounts with alot of reps will burn off fat, just keep your heart rate up. Think turbo... Keep that bitch spooled! Aerobics is the best choice for fat burning. I know what to do but i havn't kept up on it myself. Im not fat, just a general big guy. 6'4" 235 lbs. Keeping a steady eating and exercising routine is key. You need to stick with meal and workout times consistently in order to maintain your body properly. Get a bike and ride with the gf for awhile. Eventually step up to rollerblades. Yes blades are queer if you don't play hockey, but they offer a superior workout compared to a bicycle and if you have your gf with you you can play it off like it was her idea! ;)

Supplements are pretty much for when your already in decent shape and have a routine. Start slow and make gradual changes unless you think your tough enough for a "cold turkey" kind of drastic life change. I would start kinda small and work up to a good routine.

Or you could say F- it and not do anything about it. Which would make you a complete ass. Which is bad. :y
