If you manage to blow an engine on a 4th gear roller pull, that engine was never meant to be anyway.
Hell an engine that blows on a quarter mile run (which is considerably longer than most dyno pulls) is definitely poorly built. |

even still the tires probably would hold in 4th. that they didnt in 3rd is not a surprise.
