The PSP is the greatest handheld system ever built, I'm sure some DS fanboys would argue about that though. It has been constantly hacked/developed/pir10ed by the homebrew community since it was born. The UMD is dead, yes, What a ------- dumb format. But you can still download homebrew apps that are ------- awesome; games, apps, porn, etc.... DID I MENTION ISOS..... We have hacked almost every firmware up until the most recent 2.82 (which Sony said had extra features but only had an anti-homebrew, anti-ISO-loading, pro-Bush-fucks-little-boys slight update to scurrrr people into upgrading, and unfortunately then probably won't be able to downgrade for a long time, if at all.

ANYWAYS the PSP has an incredible community and some great programmers. It sucks that most PSP fans are 12 and show it online, but we have some very gifted developers. ---- I can't type much more right now, I'm too busy thinking of MOH which came out 3 days ago and has 32 player online mode, and Ace Combat X. I'll kick your ass in any flight sim

The point was Mr. Davis, I have 2 sonys and have not one bad word to say about either.
I know many people who have dells and they seem to be piles of ----. this guy was asking for my opinion, I give it to him.

the price on that e1505 is not bad, but if you game dont get a e1505 they cannot support any other video cards that are bigger, if you get a e1705 with a x1400, you can upgrade the video card to a 7800 go, 7900gs,7900gtx all very great cards, i currently replaced my 7800 with a 7900gs, just awesome performance, check out www.delloutlet.com for great deals as well. dont upgrade ram or anything as dells is shitty anyways and ram is cheap cheap. newegg for that. otherwise is your not playing games that looks like it would do great.

Holy ---- we're up to pir10 now. I have fallen behind the times. :(

Well, they have some good things going for them (PSx series is an amazing success due to design innovation and raw talent) and I'm not surprised yours have done a good job, but they are an intentionally non-standardized nightmare when you're dealing with something based on a standardized platform (computers, etc).

Not surprised to hear about the Dell problems... two guys at school have had a problem with theirs, and yesterday the guy next to me broke his dropping it off a 2.5' table onto carpet... I demonstrated Thinkpad superiority by dropping mine three times and booting it. :P Only good Dell laptops I've heard about are the bottom of the line B1200-->B130 units that sell for $450, those seem to last forever under mild abuse.
