i dont have anything against the vette their fast dont get me wrong...i know top fuel is the fastest but i said " one of the fastest "....IMO i think F1 has the most technology invovled in the sport...im a fan of road racing and i like it better than drag racing, it shows you have more driving skill and hwen you build the car you have to tune it all round like suspension, engine, maybe some chassis mod's and then driving it is different you dont just go stright ...im not bagging on drag racing i love that to, but i think road course racing is alot more fun and takes more skill ..and its not always about who has more hoarspower

About a month ago i went to the International auto show in FIL and got in a brand Dodge vipe(for the pic) and my god, that plastic inside are horrible, very poor quality, not to mention the assembly, and why da f.uck does the car have so many warning stickers? Even when i shut the door, i heard a "ratling" inside... You just donīt understand quality, and whatīs good and bad, you just look at figures, how big and how shinny it is...
no you didnt, you're an idiot. the viper smashes anything from europe under 400k too.

ding dong ching chong. ricer arguements galor

last time i checked top fuel from the ground up, all sorts of cool suspension, aerodynamics, etc... just going straight. at what 10gs? you couldnt drive a top fuel dragster, you would crash and die.

all forms of racing take skills, trying to compare "level of skill needed" is idiotic at best.

and it is about who has more horsepower, that is why there are different classes in all forms of racing

road racing is more fu, but thats a personal preference.

it was just my opinion..i never said i could drive a top fuel dragster...and i do undestand classes..but i work at nelson ledges road course in northeast ohio..i watched a station wagon with a 4cylinder yamaha race motor beat a 600hp gto in every area..stright and corners...i know the vettes are faster than most of the stuff out their but its not about the car i guess its about the money and how smart you are...if you have the money anything can be fast but as the looks of it the vette is the best bang for the buck...but every car is different and everyone likes their own style ..which means everyone has their own opinion about different cars...i like mid engine rear wheel drive cars..so i would support my opinion just like random-strike likes vettes and he supports what he likes..so i do agree with you vettes are fast and good for the money..even though it would beat about just every mid engine car i like..i still like it no matter what even if other cars are better

I'm cool with that, yeah silvias are very nice. I dunno what is about the skyline, must be the body style. Always wanted to drive one. Maybe someday. Wouldn't mind riding in that vette you've been talking about, seems like one hellasious beast.

i also like 240's/silvias..im not a big fan of the sr20 for some reason...but a rb26 in a 240 or silvia wouldnt hurt anything
i have a 280z datsun ..its my project car but i want to put a rb into it i think it would be rather interesting...old school style with new school technology

well there is nothing new about rb motors except efi, which really isnt new either. so the new tech is out the window

it'll suck when my gf's z smashes yours with no money into it though :1
