i did the same thing the first compression test i did.

i bought a cheepo socket then threw it on the grinder. once it fit in the spark plug socket it was just a matter loosening it up then using needle nose to get it out. i think it was the same size as the spark plug in mm.

no mess btw... ;D

dude, not to be a dick but your an idiot! you see where the fitting is hex shaped on top. you're suppose to use the same socket you use to get the spark plug out!! it goes right on top of the fitting just like the spark plug. i do like the way you got it out though but all u needed to do was stick the socket for the spark plugs in there and loosen it..... it happened to me once but then it clicked... hope this helps...

trust me i was trying all types of differnt sockets! i just couldent seem to grip it :(

the adapter itself is prob.ly too short to be "gripped" by a spark plug socket.
