Exactly. Any weapon knife/gun/baton on your person and you are headed for a felony when you commit a crime. At least you are not looking at aggravating factors if you just woop his ass manually.

^^^^^ uhhhhh, that's why I said keep your identity as unknown as possible, false name, don't go in your vehicle, keep your whereabouts unknown, etc. etc....this is VIGILANTE justice so ur gonna be breaking the law in one way or the other anyway...the police are gonna say "well, you should've reported this to us" regardless of what happens...I just feel like ur probaly dealing with a criminal, and sometimes u have to think(and maybe even take a lil criminal action :6) like a criminal in order to catch one...
