Stock struts w/ Intrax springs (super sport) back had to be cut because car sat way too high in the back. Going to upgrade to better struts this year. the spring itself is pretty stiff and cornering is ok.

I'd like to get an actual full coil over setup when I get them $$$ for a good one. maybe TEIN or something along thoes lines.

Make some suspension limiters out of old shock rod, weld them so they pass alongside the LCAs with threads pointing down up front, and pointed up and alongside the UCA in the back. Construct/weld boxes off the xCAs so that the shock rods pass through them, then spin a hard poly bush similar to the forward radius rod units, backed by a washer and then a lock nut, up them until you get the max travel you want up front and the max compression you want in the rear.

Five dollars, big fish, and no FWD streetcar will be able to hook as well as you.

Sounds interesting. Not quite getting the picture by your description though. :-\

See if you can't sweet talk Minor into posting it. I don't have any problem with it being -----d around, I'm just not going to post it because I am feeling passive-aggressive today.

My friends use a rising rate polyurethane bumpstop for similar effect, but this is going to be dangerous in anything other then a straight line!

Exactly why you put it on a threaded rod, and loosen it up/take it off for streetcar mayhem.

Frankly, the stiff rear is dangerous on the street, the limited front doesn't matter so much once you've taken the car to a certain point. For instance, Goforth's CRX has a low boost setting of 13 psi/321 whp level, you don't hit the gas at all through a corner and just neutral steer it wherever you need to go. Haven't had his ride on the street with a locked rear suspension, but with 900 lb/in Skank2 springs in the rear any attempt to do a mild interstate lane change under power causes the ass end to skip out 2-4 inches, makes for a nice jerk when you let off the gas. A fully locked rear and slight attempt at lane changing would probably cause the car to turn sideways and roll @ 60+ mph.

In the interest of being faster than everyone else, I'm not gonna post it up here.
