Customs sucks, I've had problems with them. If the package was legit it was just detained 3-8 business days, otherwise it pulled a houdini. If someone wants an item shipped as a gift to avoid taxes/GST I'm more than happy to do so if the person agrees that I don't give them a refund when the item is delayed or never arrives.

It's a ------- third world country, guys, what do you expect?

I don't give a ---- who you are, if you havr this many problems...time after time, there is a problem that needs to be solved and if he/they were smart businessmen they would realize this and at least attempt to fix the situation. I've never bought from this company, but from the posts I've read and the responses, or lack of responses I've read, I never would. :3
