Default BLAAST PERFORMANCE 2 THUMBS DOWN !!!

well i'll start off by say'n my brother got a turbo off of here awhile ago and it had no markings on it, i asked guillaume (guy from blaast) if he knew what it was? he said the pics were pretty big but he was pretty sure it was a gm-8 , i figured hell he rebuild turbo's for a living im sure he knows his ----, so i asked him to send it express so if it was the wrong one i could get another in time to boost my car, well now d/p piece for 2 1/2 weeks, so i got pretty pissed but politley asked him where my flange was? he replied " it was held at customs, investegated and then sent back to him" but he'd send out another one, well about 2 1/2 weeks later i get them and there the wrong one !!!! so i waited awhole month and a week to get the wrong part, (but no big deal i didnt know what turbo it was and people make mistakes) so, upon lots-o-research i found out the turbo is a gm-3, told guillaume i needed one for the gm-3 and he said he would send it right out, well here we are again 3 weeks later still with no d/p flange i pmed him about this and he said he sent it he did his part!!! quote from him
i shipped your downpipe the day we agreed to. it's in the mail.

Delay from my end = zero.\

well ---- i think it is his fault or he needs to find a new shipping company i sent my ------- money to him september 5th ( he also charged me 34 dollars for "express" shipping) i payed 50 bucks for a 26 dollar flange,

all i can say is if i ever get the right flange shipped here, i would never do business with such horrible customer service like i've had at blaast,

Apparently you had problems with 1 guy at blaast

but charging you for express and not having it come and him not caring is sorta shitty

Sounds like a shipping problem to me.

It sucks, but when you are shipping between the US and Canada ---- gets lost and misplaced easily.

He's been nothing but helpful to me. *shrug*

I know how bad it sucks to wait and wait on a part and then it not even be the right one. That is really frustrating.

the best way to ship anything international is through the post office, the gov't will put themselves before anyone else (ups, DHL, fedex, etc) Blaast should know that being as i can almost guarantee most thier business is from the US

Within Canada he always got my ---- to me within a few days. I've always had problems shipping to and from the states, it's not Blaast's fault our border is gay and it takes weeks to get through.
