I can't believe some of the people in this thread.

You told him to guess what flange you needed by a picture, then bitched about it when he sent you the wrong parts? Now, even with a provided tracking number, you're still bitching?

Sounds like you're just pissed, and wanting to take it out on somebody.

He got you a tracking number.. what more could you ask for? It's obvious that it was sent out a few weeks ago, and is scheduled to arrive on the 28th. So what if some of the customer service was shitty. I called them up a bit ago about a GM9 turbo flange (which should be similar, if not the same, as yours). They're cool in my book. If you have a problem with them communicating, it's probably because you're annoying as ----.

good point i was going to sell the flanges and have one made by bmc,(which guillaume and i discused) then blaast said he could get me the other one if i trusted him and sent the other ones back so i said they were sold, and sent them back to blaast, yes he did send me a tracking number but not a web site to track it on !!!
when i asked when it would be here and how long it would take he said , "not my problem i sent it out" and express shipping shouldnt take 20 days from hong kong late alone canada, i tried to reamin cool the whole time but got pissed when he said it wasn't his problem , and will remain to be pissed, he is a horrible business men and people should not have to wait almost 2 months for a correct part, i didnt order the wrong part i asked what turbo it was and i need a dp flange for it he said it was a gm-8 and he had a flange for it for 50 shipped express .. so yup you owned me good !

First off, it wasn't his problem. What, in your mind, should he have done? He sent everything you ordered out. Customs are something that he can't control, sorry for the ------- inconvenience ::)

no he didnt he could have
A. told me what shipping commpany he used
B. when i asked about it he could have told me what was going on instead of just say'n its not his problem

Did you even ask him what company he shipped it with? :1

Did he ship it via the same company for the first few flanges?

It is what it is. If express shipping takes that long, then accept it.
