Oh god, you're hopeless. You're the type of guy that goes in and rats out your friends for smoking in uniform because that's what the military told you to do. A.K.A. people I'd like to throw in front of their mothers moving station wagon.

He's the sole source of the resources you have. Knowing what I know after being out of it, I'd much rather talk to someone who has a head on their shoulders and is out. People who are in are biased to you being in a shitty situation with them, websites hype things up like a recruiter does, and Frank will tell you the truth.

I on the other hand, will tell you to go, because you're a dipshit.

Its a good time, normal 18 month home cycle then 6 months out, no ifs ands or butts. No extensions no anything. Aside from Qatar and Iraq, everywhere else i go i stay in nice hotels with my own room. We laugh at the ship guy's when they say they will drink a beer for us when they get in port, and we say we will drink a few cases for you tonight...

A/C is too big for carrier so it is a land based platform only. I go to alot of random places in the world where most of the military doesn't get to go, so that's a good thing.

I almost got to meet up with frank one year when i was in Okinawa doing some stuff out there, but ended up being a little busy.

If you have anymore questions just ask, rite now i am the leading instructor and bluecard holder (NATOPS) for my squadron so i stay busy. But at the same time i can get a kickass job knowing what i know when i get out, because of the field i work in and what i do, my SC is more than enough to qualify me for whatever i want to do.

One issue, as frank stated, not alot of killing going on over there at all. I did 6 months from may 07 until Dec 07 in Iraq. saw some killing, but not much...

I am due to go back for 3 months in Iraq and 3 months in Sicily, Italy. I am not thinking we are going to see allot of action this time around.
