I'm not a fan of "crude drugs", i.e. substances where the potency and additional unwanted substances are unknown. Like a plant growing in over nitrated soil resulting in botched mimosa root

Heh, but yea HMT MD REPRESENT

Had my appointment today. The doc said I need a 50/50 mix of adavan and a psychologist. I purposely didn't schedule any work this week or next to try to take that pressure off, and I'm going to from now on work a very easy, light schedule, and not 3 jobs going at once.

My mom came over last night and had a cake in her hands. I asked her why she had a fucken cake and she said it was my wifes b-day on Saturday, and that we were having cake last night. I had no clue. The minor details of life slip me by because of my mental state, but hopefully that will change.

Roughly 80% of americans suffer from stress related ailments, ailments that could be helped by achieving a "zen" state. Endorphins and chemicals released during deep meditation are necessary for proper balance between receptors in the brain, or maintaining the proper pH balance for proper electroactivity. Chemicals such as Dimethyltryptamine, which are released during REM sleep (as well as deep meditation) are necessary for fundamental human development as well as "healthful" living, though for unknown reasons.
Stealth I honestly would suggest some kind of self treatment, 5htp or aforementioned suggested.

I don't have a clue what you just said, but I'll accept your services as a second opinion and update you on the psych ward.

Heh, Imburne is talking about correcting the imbalance through "confronting" the fear or stress, or paralleling the stressful situation with a non-stressful one. Freudian theories applied this is a good way to "teach" yourself you aren't afraid. You can also do this without being in that situation at all, meditate, take a long drive for no reason, sometime where nobody is driving. I like 4am in particular, stimulates the same parts of the brain that people use drugs to stimulate, just not as efficiently because you are doing it "consciously". Stealth I'm telling you to go do something that is appealing to you, with just you. Find your "zen" spot. Using seretonin stimulants helps this process. Buhdists and hippies had something right.

I'm not sure what Imburne is talking about. I'm not afraid of crowds or making rap hits, or any of that ----. I'll walk up to a soccer mom in wall mart and tell her to suck muh nuts.

My issue is my brain is going 140mph, and the important things in life like family, and all that are only going 50mph. I pass em like they're standing still, or yell at them for getting in my way. I've decided to take the 4 man raft down tomarrow to the lake down the street to see if me and the kids can get our chill on.
