Maybe I should get some peyote as that's what those southwestern injens use. ---- shrooms and vomiting FTW!

I've been thinking about seeing the doctor too. I believe it's an anxiety issue. If I have 3 painting jobs all going on the next day, I lay in bed and go over exactly how I want everything to be done, down to which guy starts where, and how the job has to be cleaned up when they're done. My mind is constantly thinking about being perfect, and in the middle of my "planning" (at any time during the day), my wife will call me and I'll tell her to quit bothering me.

It's like I can't relax and just remember that it's only painting anymore. The doctor gave me adivan for the nut clip surgery last week (to get through the shot and not pass out), but it worked pretty good. I'm gonna go hit that nigga up and start having fun again.

i have insomnia and ocd. My freinds are like "your not obsessive about anything, what do you mean?". then they come to my house and i HAVE to organize ----. its horrible. i cant concentrate unless everything is where it needs to be. That mixed with being up all night due to insomnia sucks.

But my house is really clean.

And to anyone who thinks they suffer from depression, smoke some salvia. youll feel good for a few days afterwards.

seriously though, social anxiety is horrible. It's like you don't want to go in public in fear of having a episode so I stayed inside all day for almost a year besides going to work. Atleast that's how it was for me. I could be just chilling watching TV and then just freak out and feel like I was having a heart attack and ----. I don't wish that on my worst enemy.

Yeah, most people are fucked up now adays. I have chronic insomia, and a general hate for the world :S The insomnia blows with me starting a new job tomorrow, but the hating the world thing is fun cause I get to make little children cry :y

I had social anxiety and it is curable without medication.

The more you withdraw from public the worse it gets. I was told to purposely put myself in those situations where I would feel an anxiety attack coming on and start with the smaller ones. Just keep putting myself into those situations until I get comfortable with them and then move onto a bigger one. Now I'm feeling pretty good.
