Sounds like a good idea to me bro. Eating right definately helps with that "my mind is racing all the time feeling" certain foods release more endorphins causing you to feel better, typically all the food we love to hate. Supplements make it easy, seriously go pick up some 5htp and take it for the next three months, as well as taking days to do absolutely nothing.

Stealth, why three jobs?????

Is it for the money?

---- the money, your sanity is NOT worth it!

Also, stay away from alkehul.......it only makes things worse.

OCD, Dylexic, Alcoholic, it is the method to my madness.

Einstein wasn't exactly sane either.

Yeah stealth I find myself doing that all the time. Somewhere in life I forgot about how I was easily entertained as a child. So I think its too complicated and not even try. When I end up playing, I find myself having a better time then what I concentrate my efforts on.

Hey waffles you kinda got the confronting your fear thing correct. I personally hate public places because people like to invade my space. I just had to renew my license and take the driving test.. There was plenty of open seats, and some random guy sits right next to me. I could smell his ------- cologne and it made me sick. He moved away shorty after cause he could see it was starting to irritate me. So, yeah, another reason why I hate public places.

Was that too soft? Should I post up some ------- or S&M midget porn?

Heh, yeah that whole idea is part of Freud's explitive theories of behavioralism. There is no such thing as "too soft" homie, being a human means incorporating a range of emotion ;)
But otherwise it sounds like you are a borderline misanthrope with agoraphobic tendencies, but that's all catagorical bullshit. Pssh segregation and sectionalism is another reason I hate Psychology.

That's why I say you should try 5htp, it's an amino acid that helps build connections in the brain that operate on the same pH level as seretonin, i.e. neurotransmitters that generate and manipulate seretonin, therein making you feel better in general. But yea, more seretonin in your brain is good for you, also why I recommended recreation MDMA usage, you'd probably be more familiar with it being called Ecstasy, or XTC. It is the best form of seretonin receptor treatment, moderate dosage and usage actually stimulate more connections in the hypothalamus promoting faster "logic" skills and reaction timing. This is debatable but previous research held during the 50's affirms this, they were looking to use it as a military appetite suppressant.
Bottom line, educate yourself on the malady, don't put too much emphasis on your psych. It's really your problem, not his, no matter what he says. Self healing is the best kind, as well as self medication.

Information is all here:
www.drugs-forum.co.uk

i'm not so certain about your reference to the hypothalamus. the cerebellum is more accredited to controlling your ability to express logic than the hypothalamus, which is seen as regulating hunger, thirst, body temperature and has bearing over part of the limbic system, which controls sexual desire. Most people also try to directly link seritonin levels to well being, depression or whatever, but there's a few other things that could be causing problems as well, neurotransmitters like norepinephrine.

Steve, ativan made my brain feel like it was vibrating as I was trying to go to sleep. Zanax is my friend again and I need .25 every morning to function properly now. My kidneys will probably hate me in 20 years but I dont expect to live that long :P

Go see a psycologist. Not a phyciatrist(sp :-\). A psycologist( :-\) can medicate you is necessary :y. A phycologist will want to hear about how Banboo7 came on to you and explain why you now fear emo kids with rings on their face.

I don't do it for the money, I do it to prove myself....to myself. The painting thing is something I got good at when I was young, so I decided to start my own thing. (I can't stand working for others). Stealthmode Performance I started outta my 500 sq ft apartment in CA while I was working painting full time. Not that it makes anything more than fun money, but because I had to prove it to myself. I may drink about twice a year at weddings or something, but no other time.
I guess I just have a ton of ideas of things I know I can accomplish in life, and I don't want to let myself down by not completing them. A full plate is max potential, and relaxing during the day is wasting time, is basically how I feel.
