Alright we start off with the basics:

D16Y7 with 115000 miles
Garrett TA0301 from a mercedes turbo diesel
310 RC injectors
stealthmode lines
knock off greddy RS bov
obd2 to obb1 conversion w/ P06 ecu from xenocron
ebay front mount intake piping
and custom made 2.5 downpipe half ssautoass/half magnaflow exhaust pipe

1st we have a stock 4 door

then we have certain various parts:

turbo/manifold

injectors

downpipe

intercooler

oil line kit

blow off valve

then after that we take off the perfectly fuctionin ac system

we tap the oil pan

we install the turbo

we connect the oil feed line

we connect the oil return line

install the downpipe

mount the intercooler with wire clothes hangers

install the cold pipe

install the hot pipe

install the bov (check out the JB weld on this beast)

wire up the injectors

---- boring out the seals squeeze the ******* in there

then we plug up the p06 with uberdata

install some gauges

then were done

the manifold is not ssautochrome or xspower made. i got it from fatboygarage in sol cal. i compared my manifold to a ssautocrap one and mine is heavier better welds and uses thicker gauge metal. i know my ---- is not ssautochrome i had one side by side with mine and mine is way better, 5lbs heavier, using thicker metal, welds are penetrated better and doesnt dent when you drop it on the floor(on accident).
