Alright we start off with the basics:
D16Y7 with 115000 miles Garrett TA0301 from a mercedes turbo diesel 310 RC injectors stealthmode lines knock off greddy RS bov obd2 to obb1 conversion w/ P06 ecu from xenocron ebay front mount intake piping and custom made 2.5 downpipe half ssautoass/half magnaflow exhaust pipe 1st we have a stock 4 door Attachment 34553 then we have certain various parts: turbo/manifold Attachment 34554 injectors Attachment 34555 downpipe Attachment 34556 intercooler Attachment 34557 oil line kit Attachment 34558 blow off valve Attachment 34559 then after that we take off the perfectly fuctionin ac system Attachment 34560 we tap the oil pan http://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a2...o/DSC02142.jpg we install the turbo Attachment 34561 we connect the oil feed line Attachment 34562 we connect the oil return line Attachment 34563 install the downpipe Attachment 34564 mount the intercooler with wire clothes hangers Attachment 34565 install the cold pipe Attachment 34566 install the hot pipe Attachment 34567 install the bov (check out the JB weld on this beast) http://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a2...o/DSC02177.jpg wire up the injectors Attachment 34568 ---- boring out the seals squeeze the fuckers in there Attachment 34569 then we plug up the p06 with uberdata Attachment 34570 install some gauges Attachment 34571 then were done Attachment 34572 i have to thank my best friend for my sucess Attachment 34573 oh yea, i also got to thank all the people in my garage eatin while i was workin thanks for all your help you guy, just kiddin' Attachment 34574 when it comes down to it this isnt bad for a 18 year old kid thats in high school working at taco bell. the manifold is not ssautochrome or xspower made. i got it from fatboygarage in sol cal. i compared my manifold to a ssautocrap one and mine is heavier better welds and uses thicker gauge metal. i know my ---- is not ssautochrome i had one side by side with mine and mine is way better, 5lbs heavier, using thicker metal, welds are penetrated better and doesnt dent when you drop it on the floor(on accident).
