However, I don't understand why people think its a waste of time. It's something he probly enjoys building, and messing with. If someone doesn't like it, there is no need to bash, just move on to the next thread, and leave it be.
The DSM VS Honda thing gets pretty lame quickly though.

Re: 4g63t hyundai excel
show me where to find these next to nothing-free 6 bolts so i can make a profit flipping them. also please show me where you can buy plug and play mounts, axles, tranny, harness. basiclly its a huge pain in the *** that isn't worth it in the end. the kid that did it around here basiclly dropped an elantra shell on top of a awd 1g tsi frame. not so easy compared to going on ebay and tying it HASPORT StYlE MOUNTS ECLIPSE,INTEGRA,VIPER,CORVETTE,240SX,BUYITNOW, L@@@@K!! to build an 11 second honda

Here is a parts list you need to do the swap:
1) 90-92 mitsubishi turbo 2.0 engine (4g63t) as reffered to.
2) 90-92 ECU (computer) and wiring harness **Note if using a 90 wiring harness must use a 90 ecu and 90 engine parts as like for example : throttle body, cam angle senor, etc....**
3) 90-94 Hyundai Elantra motor mounts with a 1.6 or 1.8 DOHC engine. The mounts you need are: the top L-shaped mount, the front engine bracket, as well as the rear, the crossmember that goes from the front of car to the back or middle of car. Also need the 2.0 transmission bracket( not the rubber mount).
4) 90-94 2.0 turbo or non-turbo transmission **Note that must be a 2.0 transmission and not a 1.8 because a 1.8 transmission won't work**

Doesnt look too hard

yeah maybe if your 60 is .7 seconds you can get a 98 MPH car to run a 12, but youll never get a 98MPH car to cut a .7 second 60 because it wont make enough power.

Re: 4g63t hyundai excel
but really, you guys missed most of the humor in the 14.3@98 comment he made, because his excuse for going so slow was that he spun halfway down the track. sadly he doesnt know the difference between wheel spin and clutch slip. cars that trap 98 dont spin half track, and cars that spin half track dont trap 98.
