I just think there are enough 4-strokes out there that the 4 stroke guys can choose from already. No need to ruin something that's already a legend by swapping in a completely opposite setup. That's like swapping a 289 out of a Mustang into a Vette. :1

well it depends how much power it has.

its kinda like replacing a hi strung i6 turbo motor and putting in a flat v8 making the same power or a little more i guess it could be.

I've never had an expense over the cost of a new piston/rings and a cylinder hone. 4-strokes suck and putting one in a bike that has been an absolute success as a 2-stroke for so many years in a row would be retarded and pointless. :3

word. my bud has on 01 raptor, and preached his reliability to me. he would trash me all the time about me hav'n to rebuild every 2 to 4 weeks ($200) of riding weekends with him (I ride fuk'n hard/nickel plated cylinder already). One day mister reliable doesn't start and for the life of me I couldn't help. 2 grand and 6 weeks later ---- head is up and running, made me want a 4 poke fo sho.

It'll never happen becuase the Banshee is still in production:

The 2008 model will still be the same motor.

Re: 4 stroke 2008 banshee?

im turning into a 2 stroke guy pretty fast. at least for everything except hardcore over logs through brush trail riding.

i love my tri-zs. my 80 over one rips hard and i love power sliding that thing around long corners in 5th.

its so easy to start and that is so nice for a change 8)
