It's probably a TE05H.

thanks guys

I am currently piecing a turbo kit together for my car and my friend had this turbo, but I dont think it will do the job.... I think I might go for a 14b... or maybe a 16g

I have a 00 civic SiR or "Si" in the states...

so obviously I have a B16a2 and so far this is my parts list.

manifold- I have this! has a mitsu TD05 flange
turbo- 14b? 16g which would be good
dsm side mount made into air to water (i am a welder so making stuff like this isnt hard...
dsm 450cc injectors and resistor box
v-afc hack

thats all fo the major stuff I think I need but please add to my list if I need more essential things

Boost gauge and very minimum a/f gauge. If you want to do it right, WB o2 and EGT.

Also, with the vafc, you get no timing retard so you'll probably want an MSD BTM as well.

Ok, I will add the btm to the list!

I will definatley have a boost gauge and egt, and wanna go for a a/f but somthing with analog readout like the greddy...

I would like to have the wideband but they are big coin! I guess it is a worth while investment tho...

How much boost would you guys recommend to start off with and what is a general safe zone I was thinking of starting low at 6psi and eventually running 8 or 9 lbs...

Also, are the dsm 450's too rich for a 14b setup should I go to 310's or somthing instead?

thanks for the info guys, I try to read the board 2 times a day, This place is so informative!

I am not sure if that is the turbo.... my friend just said that he had a car with a chrysler turbo 2.2 engine and I was thinking that it was a 88 as far as I can remember... now that I got a hold of this site http://www.thedodgegarage.com/turbo_turbo.html I am hoping that it is a 87 cause they come with T3's with a .42a/r on the cold side and a 48a/r on the hot side which I am thinking would be much better than the mitsubishi... would the garrett be sufficient for my car running 7-8 psi??

hehe, ya they were comparing the mitsu to the T3 and apparently the exh housing is like double the size and the shaft bearings are 1/3 of the size of the T3
