Default will the hks turbo manifold let me keep my ac.

i have a 99 civic dx hatch with a d16y7 motor in it. i'm currently working on a diy project. i got a t-25 turbo, hf manifold, adapter plate, intercooler, o2 housing, and all the bolts. i went to do a test fit and there is absolutely no way that i can keep my ac. i did some research and found out that hks has a turbo manifold for my car that has a t-25 flange on it. i was just wondering if any one would know for a fact that i can keep my ac with this manifold before i go spending the cash. if not does anyone know how i can go about keeping my ac.

I sweat alot I can't go with out my ac!

Thanks
AiR

That HKS flange is designed to work with the "JDM t-25" turbo, it has a square bore flange, and is identicle to the greddy flange. Mitsu DSM turbos all have circular inlet flanges, so it will not bolt up. Its kinda confusing, and people ask this question all the time, I dont know why they named them both T-25's and they dont even bolt up the same. I bet HKS has sold alot of those to people that were like WTF is this? the flange is very similar to a T3 flange.

But even if you did buy that, I highly doubt you could get it to work with AC, unless you were using the greddy TD04 turbo.

I called up hks and told them that I have a garrett t-25 off a mitsu and they said it should fit. It does have a square flange on it. Now i'm comfused on what type of turbo i have. I know it's a garrett cause it says it right on it. How do I find out what type it is.

If you have a Garreet USDM DSM turbocharger from a talon/eclipse it has a circular inlet flange.

DSM 2g T25 turbo (circular flange)

Greddy/JDM T25 square bore flange..

heres a pic of a Silvia Turbo (JDM t25) with the HKS manifold mocked up on a D-series...

Its not going to fit dude..
