Where to get a t3 to t4 adaptor

Where to get a t3 to t4 adaptor

The T4 has the split pulse, but that should not matter or am I wrong?
May be needing one soon.
Help??

I would search it on google or one of the venders have one on here. It is a fairly common adapter.
