Default question about adaptor plate between turbo and ex. man.

can it be aluminum? what else can i make it out of.... i can get high temp alum so it wont melt.... i was asking about the whole manifold before but i know have one... so will an alum. adapter plate work?

high temp aluminum? 6061 or something?

uhm the price you will pay for specialty aluminum will be way more then the price u pay for mild steel.

find a place that sells steel. or a fab shop and walk in and ask for a small piece of steel for your plate.. itll be quite cheap.

i get all my aluminum for free.. my dad works at alum.. company...... i bet i could even get titanium if i wanted... but i dont think that withstands heat... not sure though
