89-91 have the popup headlights and 92-94 have the one piece; also the 89-91 talons have an entirely black spoiler whereas the 92-94's didn't.

Some of the 1g DSM blow off valves have differnt flange tubes, but the actual BOV is the same.

Also VR4 Galants have them too.
