89-91 have the popup headlights and 92-94 have the one piece; also the 89-91 talons have an entirely black spoiler whereas the 92-94's didn't.

BINGO... the 1g BOV are metal and the 2g is plastic, just if you didn't know.

Some of the 1g DSM blow off valves have differnt flange tubes, but the actual BOV is the same.

Also VR4 Galants have them too.
