Default is this wg actuator fucked?

This is from a 14b by the way. I had kinda muscled this thing in while testing previous setups and it's all fucked looking. Do you guys think it'll be okay or should I go ahead and get a new one? Also, I noticed today that when I try to move the little flapper thing it doesn't seem to open all the way because the engine block is too close. Will this be a major problem or is this something that can be fixed with an mbc?

Here's pics of the wg just for reference:

nice word. "fuckeder" lol. i'm gonna use it now

if you want, take off the actuator, hook up a vacuum line to the fitting, put it under water.. and then blow (or use something that can force air into it kinda hard). if no air bubbles come from wierd places then you should be fine, but check your boost guage regularly to make sure the actuator isnt screwing up.

If the flapper arm is hitting the block and not allowing the flapper to open fully; then yes you can have some issues. In your case I'd say boost creep would be in order. If it can't bypass the exhaust gases both in volume and speed; they'll continue moving that turbine wheel.
