Default wastegate problem?

I have a little problem with my wastegate, when I hit boost you can hear it spool but at the same time a loud "studder" sound coming from the wastegate.. And yes I've checked the turbo for shaftplay, theres none.

Now I have a few ideas on what would be going on, but Im not sure.. Just curious if anybody else has had this problem/know what is going on??
