Which wastegate is best for T3/T4?
What external wastegate is the best for the T3/T4 hybrid turbo? GReddy? or ?

A 38mm should be good.
If your minimum pressure is going to be 15 psi, you should get a 1 bar spring and use a MBC to raise the boost when needed. You can just replace the springs, but a MBC is so much easier and nicer.
