What size? 38 mm? what size spring?
I want to adjust anywhere from 15 psi daily to 24 psi for drag. Will I need two springs?

A 38mm should be good.

If your minimum pressure is going to be 15 psi, you should get a 1 bar spring and use a MBC to raise the boost when needed. You can just replace the springs, but a MBC is so much easier and nicer.
