I've had good luck with a deltagate but lots of people didnt.

Go for something tried and true. Either a Tial or a knockoff, with the addition of a boost controller. Why make things more complicated than they need to be?

well yeah i was going to go with a tial, but whats with the 40/38/40mm BS? whats that mean? whats the best for street/strip

for all intents and purposes its all about the same ---- honestly. If you are running huge power, you want a bigger diameter orifice LOL I SAID ORIFICE.

but seriously, in most setups, they're all gonna act the same. I was putting down a little over 300whp on a 35mm and the ****** was solid as a rock (authentic tial).
