volvo S40 1.6i Turbo

hello, a friend give me a turbo from a 1.7TD Fiat Punto, i have a volvo S40 1.6i(109hp), its possible to put that turbo in my car, how many power can i expect, my goal is about 160hp, its possivel, do i have to put largest injectors, and i have to repro the ECU right?, thanks

I'm almost certain that turbo you have will only be rated for about 100hp flat out. So in answer to your question. No.
